該霧化器是噴霧干燥裝置中使霧化介質(zhì)獲得高能量、高速度的部件，也是對(duì)霧化效率和霧化過(guò)程穩(wěn)定性起重要作用的關(guān)鍵部件。它由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過(guò)聯(lián)軸器帶動(dòng)大齒輪,大齒輪與轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)軸上的小齒輪嚙合，經(jīng)過(guò)一級(jí)增速后的齒輪軸帶動(dòng)二級(jí)大齒輪實(shí)現(xiàn)霧化盤的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)。當(dāng)料液進(jìn)入離心霧化器的進(jìn)料管，通過(guò)料液分配盤均勻地流入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的噴霧盤中，料液即被噴成極小的霧化液滴，使料液表面積大大增加，與干燥室內(nèi)的熱空氣接觸，水分迅速蒸發(fā)，能在極短的時(shí)間內(nèi)干燥為成品。

When the feed liquid into the centrifugal atomizer feed pipe, through the liquid distribution plate ,liquid enter into the high-speed rotation of the spray tray, the liquid is sprayed into a very small atomized droplets, the liquid surface area greatly increased, contact with hot air in drying chamber, rapid evaporation of water in a very short period of time .
